Managing Your Subscription

Subscription Management

Manage your Deribook subscription from the Settings page.

Available Plans

• Free: 1 trading account, basic dashboard, limited widgets
• Pro: Unlimited accounts, all widgets, real-time data, priority support
• Enterprise: Team sharing, custom widgets, dedicated support, SLA

Upgrading

Go to Settings > Subscription and click “Upgrade”. Select your new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then. Excess linked accounts will become read-only.

Cancellation

Click “Cancel Plan” in your subscription settings. Your access continues until the billing period ends. Your data is preserved for 90 days, so you can reactivate without losing anything.

Invoices

All invoices are available in your subscription settings. They include a downloadable PDF for your records.
